Mike & Cynthia Akins founded our church with a humble beginning. The first services were held in Kenneth & Esther Davis's home in the living room eventually & expanding to the kitchen. As the congregation grew, the need arose to
move into a bigger building.

our purpose

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,"

Doctrines: We try not to add to the scriptures to form doctrines. We believe that most religious doctrines are not the priority. Our focus is to share the heart of Christ, to share information that will aid in the transformation of our lives spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically. We believe that everyone experiences emotional and mental injuries as we grow up in life. These injuries affect our behavior. Our behavior affects our relationships. The Bible says that "truth shall set you free." Through understanding the truth about God, self, life, and others, we can experience healing and be set free from the prisons and limitations caused by these emotional injuries.

Romans 12:1-3 says "be ye transformed by the renewing of your minds..."
